Overview

This website is operated by All my love. By using this site or subscribing to the All my love monthly letter club, you agree to these terms.

The subscription

The All my love letter club is a monthly subscription. Each month we send an envelope containing printed art, a letter from us, and a letter and envelope for you to send to someone else. The exact contents may vary month to month.

The subscription price is £15 per month unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices may change in future, but changes will not apply to an existing billing period that has already been charged.

Payments and billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The first payment is taken immediately at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis on the same date each month until you cancel.

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment. We may pause or cancel fulfilment if payment is not completed.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@allmylove.co.uk. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed for the current month.

Shipping

Join anytime. You'll be charged when you sign up, then on the same date each month.

Sign up by the 25th to have your pack sent on the 1st of the following month. Sign up after the 25th and your first pack will be sent the month after.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout and keeping it up to date. We are not responsible for lost or delayed post caused by incorrect or outdated address details.

Delivery dates are estimates. Postal delays can happen, and we will do our best to help if something appears to have gone missing.

Returns and refunds

Because each monthly envelope is prepared and posted as part of a subscription, refunds are handled case by case. If your envelope arrives damaged or does not arrive after a reasonable time, contact us at support@allmylove.co.uk.

Use of this site

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity. We may refuse service or cancel orders where fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All my love is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or subscription service.
